Water scarcity is an important issue worldwide and access to fresh drinking water is not self-evident in more and more areas. Rainmaker's goal is to provide communities of fresh drinking water worldwide. We do this using two different technologies.
Air-to-Water
Rainmaker's Air-to-Water technology uses the humidity to extract water from the air which can be used to give communities access to clean water. Currently the Air-to-Water is used in countries such as Sri Lanka and Morocco.
Water-to-Water
State-of-the-art desalination system to deliver clean seawater or brackish groundwater. The system is mobile, easily scalable and quick to deploy, even in remote areas. This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement NO 873854.
